Who we are
GoSolveData is run by Ryan Davies in Manchester, UK. We decide how your details are used, which makes us the data controller. Contact: ryan.davies@gosolvedata.com.
What we collect
When you book a free data review, you give us:
- your name and email address
- anything else the booking page asks for, or that you choose to tell us about your firm and its reporting
If you email us or message us on LinkedIn, we also have what you send there.
This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics.
Why we use it
Only to arrange and prepare for your review, and to follow up on it. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to contact you about a review.
Who else sees it
Bookings are made through Google Calendar, so Google processes your booking details for us. You can read how Google handles data at policies.google.com/privacy. We also use an email provider to send and receive messages. Nobody else sees your details.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months of the review. If you become a client, the contract sets how long we keep records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold, or object to how we use them. Email ryan.davies@gosolvedata.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
